Chemo-Pharma Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in
1975 as a distributor of chemicals and pharmaceutical
raw materials to a wide spectrum of industries; its
known for its ability to deliver to customer high quality
products at competitive price on time and without failing.
The company shift to emphasis from trading to manufacturing
resulted in 1993. It had set up its own manufacturing
division with a Research & Development Laboratory
to develop and produce chemical blends to cater for
ever incresing and sophisticated needs of its customers.
Throught its R&D labobratory and qualified chemist,
Euro Chemo has emerged as a leading chemical supplier
with value added services such as consultation and blending
to serve a wide base of industries.
Warehouse
Facility
We realise that our customers today generally demand
more than "just" a product with high and consistent
quality. Reliable and flexible delivery as well as short
lead time are vital to the continuitiy of our customers'
production process. To accommodate any sudden peaks
in demand, we hold a large stock. We have a warehouse
in both Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The warehouse is complete
with full racking system and fully air-conditionaed
storage room which was specially constructed to ensure
that heat sensitive materials are stored in proper condition
to preserve quality and shelf life.
Transportation and delivery of goods are promptly attended
to with the backing of our fleets of lorries. We have
also developed a software to plan our delivery schedule
bases on customer locations, quality of goods, product
batch numbers, lorry capacities and etc to further improve
our delivery service.
Manufacturing
We manufacture products with the highest regard for
the safety and well being of our employees, the environment
and customers thourght stringent quality and documentation
system. Processes are under constant review to guarantee
quality is effeciently achieved.
Quality Assurance
Maintaining exceptional standards in service to our
customer is possible throught strict quality controls
enforced by our own Quality Control division, with each
delivery checked and detailed on the comprehensive IT
systems by our highly experienced chemists Research
& Development.
Research & Development
It is one of our business approach to continue develop
and explore innovative ideas throught R&D activities
where new products will be developed and existing products
to be improved upon.
Joint development with customers forms vital part of
our R&D effort. These exercise allow us to understand
specific needs of our customers and to further improve
thier product development process. Due to the uniqueness
and different specification required by different customers,
all formulas are kept at a high level of confidentiality.
